Returning to the Parklands for the fifth consecutive year, the popular program will provide a convenient, free and refreshing way to get fit, active and healthy in 2011, with classes running from launch day, Saturday 2 April to Thursday 26 May.

The launch of the Vaalia Yoghurt Feel Good Program at South Bank (Brisbane). Returning to the Parklands for the fifth consecutive year, the popular program will provide a convenient, free and refreshing way to get fit, active and healthy in 2011, with classes running from launch day, Saturday 2 April to Thursday 26 May.

Classes include Aqua Aerobics, Mind and Movement (integrates yoga, pilates and tai chi movements) and Mummy and Me Yoga (suitable for mothers with babies 12 weeks old to crawling).

All classes are led by qualified instructors and participants are not required to book in advance. Attendees can also enjoy a delicious Vaalia Yoghurt sample at the end of each class.

REVITALISE BODY AND MIND WITH THE FREE VAALIA YOGHURT FEEL GOOD PROGRAM AT THE PARKLANDS, SOUTH BANK

Create harmony between mother and baby with the always popular Mummy and Me yoga classes, run by a qualified instructor every Tuesday on Riverside Green. The class (suitable for mothers with babies 12 weeks old to crawling)  is an effective way for mothers to safely regain body strength and tone in a relaxing, outdoor environment and bond with their little one.

For those looking for a fun, effective and low-impact activity, Aqua Aerobics classes will take place every Saturday in the Boat Pool between 9.30am and 10.15am from Saturday 2 April and is a great way to build strength, improve flexibility and burn calories.

With classes running twice weekly, the yoga influenced Mind and Movement class is the perfect way to reduce stress and improve flexibility, strength and balance. Integrating Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi movements, the class promotes overall well-being and teaches participants to align breathing and movement. Mind and Movement classes will launch Saturday 2 April but will otherwise run on Tuesdays and Thursdays through-out April and May.
